BlueStead may process communications sent through the platform, including SMS messages, email messages, customer replies, communication history, and message metadata.
Usage Information
We may automatically collect login activity, feature usage, workflow activity, error logs, device and browser information, system performance data, and usage event records.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, process communications, manage customer records, generate quotes and invoices, improve workflow automation, maintain account security, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor platform performance, improve product functionality, provide customer support, and analyze service usage and costs.
3. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features may use third-party artificial intelligence providers to process information submitted by users. Examples include message drafting, communication summaries, workflow interpretation, scheduling assistance, and operational recommendations.
Information submitted to AI-powered features may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating requested outputs. BlueStead does not use customer business data to publicly train AI models. Users should review AI-generated outputs before relying upon them.
4. Communications Processing
BlueStead may process SMS messages, emails, and other communications to provide Service functionality. Communications may be analyzed to route messages, generate draft replies, identify customer requests, associate communications with jobs, quotes, invoices, and customers, and improve operational workflows.
SMS Privacy Disclosure
BlueStead may process SMS communications to provide platform functionality including scheduling, estimates, invoicing, reminders, customer support, and operational communications.
Message frequency varies based on customer interactions and business activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance where applicable.
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver platform functionality, including SMS delivery providers, email delivery providers, hosting providers, payment processors, and security providers.
Operational Memory Protections
Personal and non-business messages are automatically excluded from operational memory. Messages identified as personal, irrelevant, or unrelated to business operations are not intentionally used to build workflow context, customer history, or business records.
5. Information Sharing
BlueStead does not sell customer data. We may share information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate the Service, including cloud hosting providers, email delivery providers, SMS delivery providers, AI service providers, payment processors, and security and infrastructure providers. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
6. Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of the business data they enter into BlueStead. BlueStead receives a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Nothing in this Privacy Policy transfers ownership of customer data to BlueStead.
